the_huffster Too much college related things this weekend...
So my first week at the community college went well, except my thighs and biceps are killing me from Tai Chi. But other than that, I have to do Bio and Music this weekend cos it's all online.
I'm not too worried about my Music assignment, it's Bio that's gonna kill me. I have to read three chapters, do some online excersises and do my lab by next week so I can take the first exam by next weekend. I only plan on taking it next weekend cos the weekend it's due (Feb. 5th), I'll be up in Lubbock visiting my best friend at Texas Tech (and seeing if I like the campus so I can transfer next year and share an apartment with her).
And I somehow managed to slip in a whole day dedicated to going back to Sam Houston to visit a friend. Which means I need to get to bed soon cos I'm leaving for Hellsville (Huntsville as it is named on a map) in 9 hours. Sleep is gonna be a little difficult to fine though.
I'm pretty sure it's a bad idea to drink a Monster before going to bed if you're an insomniac. But this is why I have a library in my closet. So I'm pretty sure I'll read 'Salem's Lot until I get tired, which will hopefully be around 2 at the latest.
On another note, me and my dad finally got around to watching SyFy's version of Being Human. It actually wasn't that bad for a remake of a British show (which I adore). Now I just have to find time to sit down with my dad so we can watch Merlin (well, so I can re-watch the first season and get him started on the show).
Ok, so I'm gonna wake up my dad since he fell asleep on the couch with his glasses on (again) and go read 'Salem's Lot until I get a little bit tired.
