the_huffster This week is the best week ever!!!
First, Lady Gaga's 'Born This Way' came out today. And I now own the special edition of the CD!!
Second, I have my first convention this weekend. Words cannot describe how excited I am to go to Comicpalooza and see people from Firefly and Buffy and a million other awesome people.
Third, I just got off the phone with the owner of Daily Dead News and was given the run down of what he's expecting. He told me if things pick up and work out for the site, then in a few months I could be a full time paid staff writer.
That means writing news articles about horror movies would be my job! And he also told me that since I live close to Austin, he can pull strings to get me press passes and into early screenings of movies so i can write reviews and what not. And he can pull strings to land me interviews with actors and directors, and I can get awesome free samples of things!
I'm so loving how this week is starting.
