Emerald City Comic Con
Mar. 5th, 2011 12:14 am So the comic con in Seattle (Emerald City Comic Con) started yesterday (Thursday), and I really wish I was in my home town this weekend.
Why? Because Nicholas Brendon, James Marsters and Felicia Day are there.
Not only that, but they showed my favorite Buffy episode, 'Once More, With Feeling' (yes, I know...it's pretty much everyone's favorite. So sue me), AND gave away free OMWF merch (like the soundtrack and whatnot). This is the second comic con that has played OMWF while at least one Bufffy actor was there that I have missed (the other one being San Diego Comic Con...even though Anthony Head was there for Merlin, it still counts).
I am one sad Buffy fan. Especially considering that I had the chance to have dinner and sing karaoke with Nicholas Brendon back in September when he was in Austin (it was a meet and greet thing). Why didn't I go? It was parents' weekend at Sam Houston and my parents were coming up -sad face-
So to fill the fact that I'm missing out on all this epic Buffy-ness, I'm gonna work on my stories, make a few fanvids or just watch Buffy. Most likely all 3.
